A strategic plan constitutes a management document and a road map for the company and its managers. In accordance with it, the company checks its operations considering the prevailing conditions and the changing market, and defines its vision, as well as its aspirations for the future.

During the course of this work a screening of the existing operations will be projected, and a detailed operations program will be shown with the objective of achieving the defined goals.

The work process is performed all the while checking alternatives for the future operations and establishing directions that accord with the company and its operations.
